About Shipments

Thank you for visiting our website, we ship the goods worldwide.

1.    For small quantity orders, the most ECONOMICAL SHIPPING method is China Post. The items will be sent to the address which you have offered when placing the order. Items will be shipped within 3-7 days after Verified Payment Received. (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

2.    We also offer EXPRESS SHIPPING methods such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT if you want your parcel to be delivered fast. (the delivery time may be 3-5days via DHL, 3-7 days via FedEx, 3-10 days via UPS/TNT).

3.    A trackable registered number will be offered for each of your order after we make the shipment, you can track your goods via http://www.17track.net/enor visit http://track-chinapost.com/

4.    Customs Inspection/Import Tax:

1). Usually all the parcels will be checked by Customs of destination country. The time of Customs inspection varies according to the product and the claimed value. (usually the Customs Inspection period is very short)

2). Full value of the goods will be claimed as default in order to make sure the shipping safety and a fast Customs Inspection for your parcel. If you need us to declare a small amount for Customs (usually small value FOR FRIEND’S GIFT purpose is acceptable by Customs), please leave us message in the note column when placing the order.

ATTENTION: False value may increase the probability of long customs inspection, sometime you may be fined by Customs of destination country for false value, customers have to bare any extra cost caused by false value during customs inspection period.

3). Customer shall pay for any import tax (if required) by Customs of destination country, the amount is based on the laws of Customs of destination country.

ATTENTION: During the Customs Inspection, if customer is not willing to pay for the import tax (may include fine for false value declaration), this parcel will be DETAINED by Customs of destination country, customers have to bear any loss of the product/delivery time; CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN THE FLIGHT STARTS OR CUSTOMS INSPECTION BEGINS.

If customer has not paid for the import tax before the parcel retention period ends (the retention time usually will be 5 days, accurate time please contact destination country), the parcel will be abandoned and destroyed, which will be treated as if customer has received the goods.

5.    Please note if not out of delivery range, the default shipping method usually will be China Post. If you want to use express delivery methods, you can choose other shipping method if listed before you make your payment or you have forwarder agent/carrier here in China, please feel free to contact us before you make the order.

About Returns

As a data storage production manufacturer and supplier, we offer warranty for all the data storage products from us with one of below situations

1). Pass tests our side, fail the same tests when received (main test is h2testw, not design for some antivirus softwares, if required please specify before orders)

2). Pass tests our side, can not work during warranty period

Warranty Time

All chips 6 months direct replacement

All Chips 1 year replacement/maintainance

All Chips 3 year maintainance

Warranty Method

Please feel free to contact us and return relative product to get new/fixed items, our team will guide you for any product issue at any time.

Below are the general procedure:

1). Customer shall have return shipping freight prepaid. Prepaid shipping freight will be returned to Customer via PayPal only when we recevied the return parcel

2). The customer’s prepaid shipping freight will be paid back by goods or service when both sides agreed

3). The replacement/fix items will be shipped along with customer’s new order or via separate parcel, the shipping time will be 3-20days after checking
